Melissa is a healer, teacher, and guide with over 14 years of experience in the wellness space. Her path has always been rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when mind, body, and spirit are in harmony. As a licensed massage therapist, personal trainer, and future nutrition coach, she weaves together movement, natural healing, and mindfulness to support women on their journey back to wholeness. Nature is Melissa’s sanctuary. Whether hiking through the forest, cold plunging in mountain streams, or simply grounding barefoot on the earth, she reconnects with Spirit through the elements. Her passion for homeopathic remedies, intuitive movement, yoga, and dance reflects her commitment to healing from the inside out. Rooted in Southern Oregon, she has found a sacred space for her own growth—and is devoted to holding that space for others. Melissa’s mission is to help women remember who they are. To empower them through presence, embodiment, and self-trust. To move through fear, embrace their inner strength, and live each day as a sacred gift.
Daisy is grounded in her connection with the land, with her relationships to others, her creativity, as well as her growing spirituality. She spent most of her life exploring the outdoors which she attributes to finding true happiness and peace. It was not until she moved to Southern Oregon that she discovered her passion for herbalism, mycology and the natural world. She enjoys mindful walks through nature and being able to guide others through the many ways that the forest can heal and teach us. Her spirituality has blossomed over the past few years she gives thanks to her intentional use of plant medicines to help heal and bring awareness to her path in this life. She is devoted to sharing these gifts with others in a safe and sacred place.
